Conference Registration and Fees

The conference registration page can be access using the button below. Note that your indication to attending the social events is purely indicative in the form.

- Both the full and student registration includes the upload of 1 accepted paper. There are additional fees to upload more papers if needed (see below).
- IEEE registrants need to include their membership number during registration.
- Student registrants can be asked to show proof of full-time student status.
- All registrations include access to the technical sessions, proceedings download, coffee breaks, lunches, opening and closing receptions.
- Both the full and student registration also include the conference dinner.
- All prices are in Euro (€).
All conference attendees must register. Please review the registration and refund policy carefully, as refund penalties may apply.
All conference attendees must check in upon their arrival in order to access the venue and sessions. Personal badges will be provided. Please wear it all the time when you are in the conference premises.
Preferred Pronouns: If you wish to have your preferred pronouns displayed on your name tag, please enter these as you wish it to be displayed on your badge during the registration process.
Additional Fees
- Extra paper upload: € 75
- Extra conference banquet ticket: € 125
Refund Policy
If an author has uploaded a paper using the registration, the registration will not be refunded, even if the paper is withdrawn.
Those who pre-register without uploading any paper and later find they cannot attend the conference may request a refund of the advance registration fee(s).
For requests received
- on or before April 17, 100% of the fee minus minus administration cost will be refunded.
- between April 18 and May 31, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- after June 1, no refund.
Refunds will be made after the conference.
